What we do
Outdoor panels with video and card entry
The outdoor panel is the main unit that greets visitors at a building or site entrance. Video models show the caller's face to the flat, while card or code entry lets residents come in without keys. Panels are chosen to be outdoor-rated, impact and moisture protected, and illuminated at night. The resident list is easy to update through the name card or digital directory.
In-flat monitors
In-flat monitors show who is at the door by video and allow the door to be opened remotely. Touchscreen or button models carry functions such as door release, silent mode and calling the security office. Screen size and mounting type are chosen for how each flat is used. Some systems also work with a phone app so you can answer a visitor while away.
Security and management office stations
Security and management office stations manage calls between all outdoor panels and flats across the site. The officer sees the visitor, connects them to the flat or opens the door directly. Emergency and fault notices appear at the station. It can be combined with camera and access control systems at a single security desk.
Complete system renewal in existing, occupied sites
Unlike new projects, renewing the system in occupied sites with completed building permits is done without disturbing daily life. Existing cabling and building layout are inspected first; old lines are reused where possible, and floor-by-floor work is planned where needed. Visits inside flats are kept to a minimum with advance notice. In large sites the work proceeds block by block so the whole site is never affected at once.
In occupied sites the work is planned with the site management; residents are informed in advance and each block is handed over before the next one starts.
