What we do
Plumbing
Plumbing covers clean water, waste water and rainwater lines inside and outside the building. Pipe diameters follow flow and pressure calculations, and hot-water and recirculation lines allow for insulation and expansion. It is installed together with equipment such as booster pumps, calorifiers and tanks. A pressure test is made after installation to confirm tightness, and valves and access covers are placed where maintenance is easy.
Fire fighting
A fire fighting system is the active protection that begins the response when a fire starts. Hose cabinets, sprinkler lines, the fire pump and water tank are designed together, with pipe size and pump capacity calculated for the building risk. Sprinkler systems follow standards such as EN 12845. Pressure and flow tests are made after installation, and the system is integrated with fire detection so it can be monitored from the panel.
Ventilation
Ventilation protects indoor health by bringing in fresh air and exhausting stale air. In car parks, kitchens, wet areas and commercial spaces, airflow is calculated for the need, and ductwork, fans, grilles and dampers are designed together. Noise, air velocity and energy use are taken into account. In areas needing smoke extraction, fans that work with the fire system are installed.
Air conditioning
Air conditioning covers heating, cooling and humidity control. Depending on the building's size and use, a choice is made between VRF/VRV, chillers with fan-coils, split units or central systems. Capacity is set from the heat-load calculation, and pipework and drainage are laid with leakage and condensation risk in mind. Controls are set up with schedules and temperature settings to save energy, and performance is measured after commissioning.
