What we do
Nurse call systems
A nurse call system carries a call from the bedside or bathroom to the nurse station, corridor lamp and the carer's radio or screen. The origin of a call and how long it has waited are visible immediately, and emergency calls are shown first. Bedhead units, pull cords and call points are placed with walking distance in mind. System maintenance and event logs can be reported to measure service quality.
Accessible WC and emergency call systems
An accessible WC call system lets a person who has fallen or needs help ask for assistance by pressing a button or pulling a cord. The call goes to a light-and-sound indicator above the door and to the security or reception desk, and a cancel button is provided. Emergency call points can be extended to areas such as lifts, car parks and first-aid rooms. The system is tested regularly.
Queue call and guidance systems
A queue call and guidance system keeps waiting orderly at hospitals, municipalities, banks and public service points. Customers take a ticket and are called by screen and voice announcement when their turn comes; separate queues can be set up by service type. Managers receive reports on waiting times, staff performance and busy hours, which reduces queue confusion and makes service quality measurable.
