What we do
Main distribution, floor and flat panels
Main distribution boards, floor boards and flat consumer units are built to the load calculation, with correctly rated breakers and residual-current protection. Discrimination (selectivity) is studied so that a fault trips only the affected circuit and the rest of the building stays energised. Boards are delivered with copper busbars, labelling, single-line diagrams and test records, with spare space left for future loads.
Power and lighting installations
Power lines, socket and lighting circuits are installed in cable sizes that follow the design and the applicable low-voltage installation standards (IEC/TS HD 60364), using fire-resistant and halogen-free cable where required. Luminaire efficiency, illuminance levels and control scenarios (sensors, timers, staircase timers) are planned together for comfort and energy savings. Every circuit is measured, marked and tested for insulation resistance and continuity before commissioning.
Cable trays and trunking systems
Cable trays, ladder racks and surface or flush trunking and conduit systems are selected after calculating cable count, weight and thermal margin. Power, low-current and data routes run in separate pathways to reduce interference. Galvanised or hot-dip coated carriers are used, fire stops are fitted at fire-wall penetrations, and spare capacity is left for future cables.
Power factor correction and energy metering
Power factor correction panels are sized for the load profile, as stepped or dynamic systems, with detuned reactors where harmonics are present. This reduces reactive-power penalties and losses. Energy analysers and meters track consumption by feeder, and the data can be sent to a central monitoring tool to expose phase imbalance, unnecessary consumption and peak loads.
Earthing and lightning protection systems
Earthing is installed with measured earth resistance and equipotential bonding, and the results are documented in a test report. Lightning protection is designed from a risk assessment (IEC/EN 62305 series) with air terminals, down conductors and an earth ring. Surge protective devices (SPD) at the main board protect equipment from lightning and mains voltage surges.
Emergency lighting and exit-sign luminaires
Emergency luminaires are positioned along escape routes, stairs, corridors and assembly areas to provide the required minimum illuminance and duration. Exit signs are placed so they are visible from every point. In systems with central test and monitoring, battery and lamp status are checked automatically and a fault report is sent to the maintenance team.
Generator and UPS connections
Generator and UPS connections are built with an automatic transfer switch (ATS) and separately fed critical circuits. When the mains fails, priority loads such as lifts, fire pumps, emergency lighting, security and the server room are restored without interruption or within a short, defined time. Load priorities and fuel and battery capacity are calculated, and a real outage scenario is tested at commissioning.
Application areas: housing projects, hotels, hospitals, schools, commercial and industrial buildings.
