We finish the project on site, not on paper.
MRC (Modern Risk Control) Elektromekanik combines Mustafa Peker's experience in housing complexes and technical field work with a solution-oriented approach to electrical, low-current and mechanical systems. It carries out system installation, renewal, fault finding, maintenance and commissioning for housing complexes, residential sites and businesses. Alongside its Izmir-based field operations, it serves other provinces depending on the scope of the project. It focuses on identifying the need correctly, following the work on site, and handing over only what has been tested.
In a building, electrical, fire, camera, intercom, data and public address systems are often installed by different companies, and problems usually appear where these systems meet. Depending on the scope, MRC runs them as a single point of contact with technical staff, field teams and specialist partners.
Besides new projects, we also take on existing systems that do not work or have been taken out of service. We first assess and report the current state on site, then bring the system back into operation.

Six steps from survey to handover
- 1
Survey and assessment
The current state, cabling and requirements are examined on site.
- 2
Technical report and solution
Findings are presented in a photo report and the scope of work is defined.
- 3
Design and quantities
System architecture, materials and the work schedule are prepared.
- 4
Installation
Work is carried out on a schedule that does not disrupt building use.
- 5
Testing and commissioning
Every system is tested end to end.
- 6
Training and handover
Users are trained and the system is handed over with a signed record.
